Another new business will open this year in Lynwood
Lynwood will have a new Spotless Express Car Wash facility located at 11560 Atlantic Ave. The Project was approved by the Planning Commission in 2021 but due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the project postponed the construction schedule. Permits were issued this year 2023 and the project is now under way. The proposed building is 4,950 square feet and has 23 parking stalls.
The city announced earlier this week that 7 Leaves Café will open a coffee and tea shop this summer.
"Our City has been working to bring more opportunities for economic development to Lynwood,” said Mayor Oscar Flores. “These latest announcements are an indication our efforts are beginning to produce real results. We will continue to work to attract established businesses as well as start-ups that will benefit our city long-term."
